This class will show you the ins and outs on how to prepare a large farmy brunch! Hands on from out in the field harvesting, menu development and prepping in the kitchen! Learn all the trade secrets from mass poaching eggs, hollandaise, farm-made canadian bacon, bloody mary pickles & mix and more. After the class, we will sit down and enjoy a beautiful brunch with mimosas!
