Hooked on Nature, Columbia Springs' annual dinner auction fundraiser, is a night where we give you a «grown-up» taste of our programs. This years event is presented by The Port of Vancouver USA
The evening will include a local chef salmon cook-off where you will be able to vote on your favorite dish! Our celebrity chefs include:
-Aaron Guerra: Executive Chef and Cuisine Instructor at Clark College — Vancouver, Washington
's Tod and Maxine McClaskey Culinary Institute
-Robert «Earl» Frederick: Cuisine Instructor at Clark College's Tod and Maxine McClaskey Culinary Institute
-Tamara Leibfarth: Executive chef and owner of Simply Thyme Catering
-Kelsey Niemeyer: Executive Chef at Tommy O's Pacific Rim Bistro
A vegan entree, side dishes, and desert will be provided by Tommy O's Catering.
Entertainment will include live music by the award winning A Capella group, B-Side Book Club A Cappella
The night will also consist of a silent and live auctions, a live program, local craft beer and wine, and more!
