On Thursday May 17th, 2018, chef Yasmin Alishav will serve a 3-course menu that features modern Tel Aviv-style Middle Eastern food, featuring seasonal fare and local Portland farmer’s market finds.
Yasmin, 30, is the Israeli owner of Bitegeist, a culinary production company that does everything from producing events to media, and derives the most gratification from seeing her tantalizing creations be enjoyed.
She'll be teaming up with the incredible Jess White — a passionate PNW sommelier with years of experience in Middle Eastern cuisine. In short: THIS IS GOING TO BE A PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund
