About Jen Deale
Camp Crush is New Wave rock coming out of Portland, OR. With similarities to their musical influences like The Cure, Blondie and Depeche Mode, this musical duo with their wall of sound pop is a blend of vintage danceable new-wave and modern indie rock with horns, reminiscent of Rubblebucket and Tennis. Camp Crush is releasing a new EP Spring 2018.
About Amy Bleu
Currently based in Portland, OR, Amy Bleu is a multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter. Her vocals, which range from a controlled scream to a mesmerizing lullaby, are hauntingly beautiful, and her lyrics poetically express anguish and joy with poignancy, depth, and pathos. Born in Eastern WA and raised primarily in Hawaii, Bleu grew up on the road, hearing relentless melodies and accompanying stories in her head. She fiddled around with the ukulele as a child in Hawaii, but didn't discover her true love – the guitar – until she was 19. A versatile performer, Bleu has enjoyed entertaining at diverse venues in the US, Canada, and Europe, such as book stores, a bank, the zoo, an amusement park, and a grocery store, as well as more traditional venues such as bars, coffeehouses, restaurants and festivals. She is currently touring in support of her new live album, «Because They Wanted To».
About Jessa Campbell
Jessa Campbell is a rising female songstress from Portland, OR who is making waves with her newly released EP, «Great Grey Owl”. The piano-driven sound with inventive, honest lyrics, sweeping sister harmonies and a resonate, earthy feel is inspired by the Cascadia bioregion, Hildegard Von Bingen and motherhood. The title track off the EP was recently was chosen as a “Homemade Jams” winner by the Resonate Women’s Choir of Portland to be arranged and performed by the choir. Jessa is currently the Vice President of the #WomenCrush Music Board, volunteers with Local Roots Music and is passionate about creating spaces for women and children to experience and create music. As a single mother, she i s determined to share with her son the importance of bringing one’s gift to the collective party and hopes others can be inspired to continue singing through life!
