Grant writers like to say that if you’ve seen one grant proposal, then you’ve seen one grant proposal—While we may now have “an internet of things”, there is still no universally accepted grant application form, or equation for success.
In this workshop we will learn and share how to develop and implement practical grant strategies for:
-Organizations or programs without an established history of grant seeking
-Organizations or programs seeking to refresh their thinking around and approach to grant seeking
-Organizations in transition after changes in leadership, staffing, programming structure, etc.
Participants will explore how to:
-Determine the best type(s) of grant funding for their needs
-Identify new prospects
-Leverage in-house expertise to build a strong grants team
-Develop compelling messaging for different funders
