The spine is central to our body and posture – this is a given. So what happens when this structure is compromised? Imbalanced, crooked, or immobilized? Scoliosis and spinal fusion can present us with a host of frustrations, especially in movement classes like yoga.
In this 4-week series, we will work together to discover how you can embody your movement practice more fully. We will lengthen what has been shortened, strengthen what has been overstretched, and stabilize what is already fixed.
