Join us on April 10, 2018 for a class on the Nordic tradition of Smørrebrød with Casey Currier, the Catering and Events Coordinator for Broder Söder. Casey will demonstrate how to make the open sandwiches composed of just the right selection of foods to create morsels that are as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate. Using the locally-made Danish rye Broder Söder uses for their own Smørrebrød, he will show how to arrange Smørrebrød into a stunning display.
