Chef Jose Perez's Que Bola food cart is renowed for its delicious Cuban food. Jose’s ropa vieja and Cubano sandwich have received acclaim from Edible Portland, OPB and countless diners in the Portland community. With Ambos Mundos, or “Both Worlds”, chef Jose will be serving a delicious Spanish menu inspired by his culinary history in Havana: think slices of patatas omelette, decadent Spanish cake rolls and one big pan of paella.
