Cook & Eat Classes: Semlor Buns

Swede and Nordic Northwest member Kristin Haas will share her recipe and technique for making semlor buns, the cardamom-scented buns filled with almond paste and whipped cream. Originally the buns were only baked on Fettisdagen (Shrove Tuesday) but have become commonly eaten throughout the season of Lent.
