Please join Wine Makers, Wes and Michelle Parker for an evening of Local, Organic, Sustainable Culinary Experience. All of the foods are sourced from the most local markets we can find.
Starter Course: Sustainable Pacific Northwest Wild Caught House Smoked Salmon, topped with Chipotle Aioli, farm fresh chives and black Caviar on a Sourdough non-GMO Crostini paired with Spanish Cava sparkling wine.
Salad Course: House Smoked Jumbo Prawn Caprese Salad. Mozzarella. Locally Grown Organic Basil, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic reduction. Paired with Blushing Geisha Rose blend of Grenache, Syrah, Sangiovesse, Morvedre.
Third Course: Pan Seared NW Sea Scallops with a Butter, Bacon and Garlic sauce served over a bed of buttery Italian Polenta paired with our Steal Aged Chardonnay.
Main Course: House smoked and pan seared grass feed Filet Minion, served with creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Spiced Green Beans paired with our Dundee Hills Pinot Noir.
Dessert Course: Decadent and rich Flour-less Chocolate Torte served with a Raspberry Puree paired with Cabernet Sauvignon.
