Course 1: Pozole Blanco Itzocan-Style
A pre-Columbian soup made with organic corn, purple cabbage, onions and spices.
Course 2: Taco Dorado
Organic corn tortilla filled with steamed potatoes and lightly fried, topped with cabbage, cotija cheese, sour cream and salsa.
Course 3: Enchiladas de Picadillo Dulce
Organic corn tortillas wrapped around ground pork, almonds, raisins, apricots, apples, pears, spices, dipped in guajillo salsa and topped with cream and cotija cheese.
Course 4: Chicken Mole Poblano
Mexico's national dish made with chiles, spices (including gluten-free cocoa) simmered to a rich sauce. Served with rice.
Course 5: House Salad
Refreshing salad made with jicama, cabbage, fennel tossed in a garlic-lemon dressing.
Course 6: Tres Leches Cake
