Have you been hearing about the All-Level Sexy Heels class at VMAC? Are you wanting to learn some of the basics of dancing in heels? Maybe you're here because you've been wanting a class that lets you feel like that sexy, hot kitten you are?!
Vitalidad Movement Arts Center's sexy heels instructor Paula Metzler is holding a ✨BEGINNERS✨ Sexy Heels workshop that will give you all the sexiness you need while learning to walk and dance in heels! Again, this is for those of you who have never taken a class before- maybe this is for those who haven't been in a studio in a couple of years. This would even be a great refresher for those who have been dancing for a while. Either way, this two hour workshop is for YOU. 💋
Although we are going to go over the basics and fundamentals of Sexy Heels as well as learning a cute combo, this class's intention is to have a ❗️safe space❗️ for people (many think a heels class is only for women- this class is for ANYONE and EVERYONE) to move like the kittens we are and to get in touch with our 🔥fierce/sensual/sexy af side🔥. Come and invite your friends! Get out of your comfort zone and be with the best people to help you through it!!!
For those who don't know what type of heels to wear, here are some tips:
👠DO NOT wear wedges (it's harder to feel all the weight exchanges through your feet and turns SUCK in them)
👠wear something with ankle support! That can be straps, it can be a boot, it can be those heels that you tie up, etc.
👠you do NOT have to wear stilettos or pleasers or anything super high. If it's your first time, wear some cute boots that have a small lil one inch heel on them! You can even wear sneakers for your first couple of times.
And for those who have that question about what clothing you should wear:
👙wear ANYTHING that makes you feel amazing. If that's sweatpants and a baggy tee, then get it hunny. If that's some pasties and a cheeky bottom, then hell yes.
👙if you plan on wearing something that exposes the knees, it's recommended to wear some knee high socks and/or bring knee pads if your knees are sensitive to being on hard floor.
