With this meal, Chef Smelly PDX provides a nod to the «Turo Turo» Filipino restaurants of his youth growing up in Southern California. «Turo Turo» literally means «point point.» At these establishments, the food would be in chafing dishes behind the counter, and diners pointed to the food they wanted.
Entertainment will be provided by the musical stylings of Mr. Jon Amado. The following menu is a sample and subject to change.
