Skill level: This class is built for beginners.
measuring & marking accurately
handsaw and chopsaw: basic use & safety
drilling & driving screws: getting it right
lessons from beyond: tapping in to skills you may already have
Class fees/scholarships/donations: Class fees include all materials. Scholarships options are available on every class registration page, and are funded by donations from other students. Please accept this gift if you need it; if you can, please consider paying more to pay it forward!
Unable to attend? Sign up to receive class announcements every other week, or check out all currently scheduled classes at eventbrite.com/o/rebuilding-center-9761281996.
What can/can't I bring to the event? Please wear closed-toe shoes, tie long hair back, remove all hand/wrist/neck jewelry, and avoid baggy clothing or clothing with things hanging from them (sweatshirt hood ties, etc). You may also want to bring a water bottle and a snack.
What is your refund policy? You may transfer your ticket to another individual who is 18 years of age or older. To do so, please follow the link in the confirmation email that you received after registering. We currently do not offer refunds or transfers between classes.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? We only accept students over 18 years of age unless otherwise indicated in the class description.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? There is street parking available on the surrounding streets. The #4 bus runs on Mississippi and drops off within a block of the ReBuilding Center. The Overlook Park stop on the Yellow Max Line is about a 15 minute walk, as well.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No — we'd prefer to save a few trees! In the rare situation that any discrepancies come up, we'd rather look up registration details electronically.
