About 7,500 children are in foster care in Oregon on any given day. Keeping these kids safe and cared for is a community effort.
On Wednesday, May 24th at 6:30pm, the Cedar Mill Community Library will host a conversation on this topic. Join experts from several organizations to discuss the current state of foster care in Oregon. A current foster parent and foster child will also be present to share their perspectives. We will also explore the many different ways, large and small, in which we can help kids in our community. Questions welcome!
